Introducing the most advanced regenerative energy-saving melting furnace with electromagnetic stirring and semi-continuous hot-top casting machine can produce 25 tons of aluminum alloy round ingots per heat, with a monthly production capacity of 25,000 tons. Using clean energy natural gas as fuel not only achieves clean production, but also effectively reduces energy consumption per unit product. The application of electromagnetic stirring device avoids the phenomenon of partial overheating of the melt, and the composition of the aluminum alloy is more uniform; the advanced flue gas purification and bag dust removal system and waste heat recovery device are used to reduce environmental pollution and make full use of the exhaust smoke of the smelting process, which achieves energy saving, emission reduction and environmental protection.
